The promo image where Alex just sits on the floor looking sad makes me thing that she doesn't have a room of her own. Which is a bit strange, especially after the first two episodes. I can imagine that she didn't want to have a room at first because she assumed she would be passing over soon, but then she found out her unfinished business wasn't really her unfinished business and she even said goodbye to her family, which sort of implies that she'd accepted HH as her current residence. Even if she can't sleep, wouldn't she just want a whole room to herself? I don't know, to lie on the bed or to be alone, smth like that. I know I'd want that. Did they transfer the lease over to Tom? I admit I don't really know how these things work (never rented a house XD), but I always assumed that yes, it was in Tom's name somehow now.
